NYC Trip
When: Wednesday, October 6 - Friday, October 8
What: 3 days and 2 nights NYC. Trip includes: Hotel, admission to companies such as Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne, Mood Fabric and walking tours of NYC. Last year we visited Ralph Lauren, Luca Luca, Nine West, Kate Spade, Liz Claiborne and Mood Fabrics. We also were watched in the audience of the CBS Early Show and took a tour of TV set.
****Airfare is NOT included in the price. If you would like to stay over the weekend, you are more than welcome to arrange that with your airfares and hotel.
Cost:
Triple: $473.00 per person for triple occupancy
Double: $530.00 per person double occupancy ***Possibly sharing a Queen bed
Single: $833.00 single occupancy
Tour Only: $225
The price does not include: airfare, food and drink not listed on the itinerary; personal travel insurance; airline fees for checked bags or excess weight bags; gratuities; items of a personal nature, telephone calls, video rental, room service, laundry.
Hotel accommodations at the Wellington Hotel located at 871 Seventh Avenue at 55th Street, in the New York City Theater District; hotel and city taxes;
Airfare: You'll be responsible for airfare. Must arrive and ready to go in NYC by 12noon on Wednesday.
Airports: New York JFK or Laguardia
Transportation to the Hotel: There is no shuttle from the hotel. It will be a $40 taxi ride from either airport or $20 if you take the Super Saver Shuttle.
Insurance - not available. Purchase on your own
Deposit: A deposit of $100 per person is required by July 26, 2009 to secure a booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of full deposit. Deposit may be made by money order or certified check. Visa or MasterCard with 5% service fee. No personal checks.
Final Payment: Final and full payment is due August 18, 2009. If payment is not received by due date, the reservation is subject to cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Payment may be made by money order or certified check. Visa or MasterCard with 5% service fee. No personal checks.
